Thru the left leg, Hi (3 min )
Left hand butterlfy (3 min)
Inside out dribbles (3 min)
V dribbles (3 min)
Side V dribbles (3 min)
Windmill around both legs (3 min)
V dribble between legs (3 min)
Behind the back (3 min.)
Defense dribble (3 min twice)
Between legs, behind back (3 min)
Kneeling dribbling (3 min)
Scissors dribbling (3 min)

Tips

It may get boring at first but you will see a difference in about a month.
