Center-step-to victory.

Instructions

Get on the bucket in the post with a ball… dribble…. face the basket….. Jump at the basket….make a fade-away or do a power lay up.

Tips

Don’t worry if it doesn’t work the first time…. don’t use in games before you do a perfect jump.

Skills

You train a center do a powerful jumping step….. if used wrong you will get CHARGE.
