The Defensive Crouch

A drill that helps build your Quads and your Hamstrings, but it hurts like HELL after a while. We had to do this drill in basketball conditioning at school.

Instructions

Line your team up in about 3 rows of three and get in the defensive crouch and stay there until the coach says get up. And if someone stands up or gives up, then have everyone start over.

Variations

Crouch lower.

Builds up your thighs.
