Lane-to-lane 1 on 1

Instructions

Make a lane the size of the lane on the court except connect the two at the other end. Have one player on defense and one player on offense. The offense of player zig-zags down the lane doing ballhandling moves such as: behind the back, crossover, between the legs, etc. Defensive player works on shuffling their feet, keeping their palms up, and stealing the ball. Have the players do the same thing coming back.

Variations

Make the lane as wide as the whole court.

Make players go hard and defense not foul/reach.
