Two minute drill
This drill will improve your three point shooting.
Instructions
Start from the baseline three point position. Start a timer and see if you can make three consecutive threes from that spot, then move to the wing, then center, then wing then other baseline (5 spots total). At each spot you have to make three consecutive shots before you can move on. If the timer goes off before you beat the drill, you have lost.
Variations
Once you get good you can shorten the timer up so that you are under more pressure. You can also raise the amount of consecutive threes you want to make before you move to the next spot.
Tips
Stay focused on your form and don’t get discouraged, it\‘s a difficult drill, but if you master it you’ll be a good three point shooter.
